This role supports the Lead Academic Success Coach for bachelor’s degree programs in promoting student success at Odessa College. 

Responsibilities include communicating with prospective and current students through phone, email, and virtual platforms; participating in outreach and recruitment initiatives; assisting with workshops and academic planning; monitoring academic progress; and contributing to student retention efforts. The position works closely with faculty and staff to cultivate a student-centered environment focused on degree completion and academic achievement. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
