JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Penn State Lehigh Valley is excited to welcome nominations and applications for the position of Part-Time Assistant Dual Enrollment Coordinator.
This role plays a vital part in supporting high school students as they begin their college journey through dual enrollment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and programmatic support for the portfolio of dual enrollments programs offered at PSULV
- Assist in developing short- and long-term strategies to support student persistence and retention.
- Prepare semester and annual reports for the Early College Program with the guidance of the Dual Enrollment Manager.
- Collaborate with the Dual Enrollment Manager by performing duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Experience in education, student services, or related fields preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners .
- Familiarity with dual enrollment programs and higher education programs for students is a plus.
BACKGROUND CHECKS/CLEARANCES
This position requires the following clearances in addition to applicable background checks: PA State Police Criminal Background Check, PA Child Abuse History Clearance Form, and Federal (FBI) Fingerprint Criminal Background Check.

Pursuant to the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act and the Pennsylvania Act of 1988, Penn State publishes a combined Annual Security and Annual Fire Safety Report (ASR). The ASR includes crime statistics and institutional policies concerning campus security, such as those concerning alcohol and drug use, crime prevention, the reporting of crimes, sexual assault, and other matters.
