JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS

The Change of Campus Ambassador for the Office of Diversity and Inclusion within the College of Health and Human Development at Penn State University serves as a representative to the office and a liaison between students and staff. This position is specifically charged with the promotion of campus services and resources to incoming change of campus and transfer students.
Job responsibilities include the following:
Meet and greet all Student Center visitors
Connect with change of campus students via phone and email
Schedule 1x1 appointments with change of campus students to discuss needs and resources
Facilitate scheduling of appointments between change of campus students and professional office staff
Hosting scale change of campus programming
Ensure the Student Center is in visible order, including restocking supplies and removing trash
Research and promote events happening across campus
Administrative tasks as assigned
Job requirements/qualifications:
Be enrolled in the College of Health and Human Development as an Undergraduate Student
Be a change of campus student
Interpersonal skills that allow positive and encouraging communication with their peers
The starting hourly rate for this job is $12.00.
